Last night Hank and I made French Vanilla Ice Cream with Pecans. We used the ice cream maker attachment for the Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer, and it made this process too easy.
You just pour in your chilled mixture and let it churn for about 20 minutes. We have so much leftover which made the whole process that much more worthwhile.
*The leftovers are the perfect ice cream consistency after being in the freezer overnight.
