This weekend was so much fun I never wanted it to end. Hank and I went to see Little Shop of Horrors in Raleigh on Friday night. We walked around a street fest beforehand, played some skee ball, and then loved the show. I caught Hank tapping his foot to the beat a few times - a sign that just maybe he liked it ; ) We ate Cook-Out afterwards which was just as good as I remember. I haven't had it in over a year. That place is always packed! I love a good Date Night.
Saturday was a perfect mommy/daughter day. We made a stop by Brueggs for breakfast in the morning and also met with the florist. Then it was off to wedding dress shop, and we found THE DRESS!!!! Then celebrated with a delicious lunch, stopped into The Cupcake Shoppe for a sweet treat, and ended the night with Shakespeare's As You Like It.
Sunday was a fun day to meet up with Hank and Dad at Top of the Hill for brunch. I highly recommend their brunch to anyone in town. There were so many great food options, live music and Gin Fizzes!! They gave free samples to try, and I fell in love. They made one for me table side - such a refreshing drink!
Cheers!
