Car Inspection

I went to two places to get my car inspected last week. The photometer (to gauge window tint) was broken at one, and the other closed early. The next day I went back to the one with the newly fixed photometer, and they told me my tint was too dark so they weren't even going to give me the test, because I would fail. What? That thing is still broken. That has never been an issue in the past! Yesterday I waited 30 minutes at a place, and then they told me the wait time would be longer than anticipated. So I went to another place where the wait time was an hour and 30 minutes. I headed home... I have an inspection appointment scheduled for Thursday. Here's to hoping all goes well. I'd like to treat my vehicle to a car wash already. PRETTY PLEASE!!
