Charleston: Pig Ears!

Sunday was for brunch at HUSK (neighbors with Poogan's Porch). Love their tablescape.

I would highly recommend this place. It was great. What to pick...

Hank and I started with their "Buffalo" Crispy Pig Ear Lettuce Wraps with Sweet Marinated Peppers and Red Onion, Benne Seeds. These were very different and really good.

For my main brunch item, I selected their Buttermilk Biscuit Melt {bologna and cheddar, fried egg, spicy mayo, compressed watermelon}. Yum! Hank had their catfish, Kathleen and I were brunch twins, and Brad had their wood-fired blueberry flap jacks with bacon.

I don't think I could miss out on going to this place next time - menu is always a-changin'.
