We took to the streets for a little shopping. First stop, Piggly Wiggly to pick up a bottle of Fat & Juicy's new margarita mix. We strolled over to the The Charleston Beer Exchange for some craft brews - weekend stock up style. Then we made our way to King Street for some window shopping. I had to check out Moon & Lola's new location, and it was delightful.
Then it was onward to my favorite potter's studio - Elizabeth Carlton. Come on in!
We met! I love Elizabeth's work - she truly is my favorite potter. Her pieces are fun (and more fun), full of vivid colors and all levels of whimsy. I made a happy new purchase to add to the collection that is... (surprise!) a platter. It's as mermaid cute as can be. I would have more than a million platters if I lived here (and I wouldn't mind it one bit).
