I enjoyed setting the table for two to delight in one of my favorite recipes, Ina Garten's Tuna Salad. It truly is a treat.
While we are a future Mr. & Mrs., I was too excited not to add these Mr. & Mrs. glasses to the tablescape.
The tealights I placed in them are actually LEDs, and I've found many uses for them already. You can find them for $2.50 for a pack of six at Wal-Mart. They flicker similarly to a tealight candle, but they last much longer at 120 hours.
I'm looking forward to lunch leftovers already as I think this Tuna Salad tastes amazing the next day. It's had plenty of time to take in the vinaigrette that was poured upon it.
