I'm already daydreaming about Cacio e Pepe from Roma Sparita. It's a classic dish of pasta with pecorino romano cheese and pepper, and it's served inside a crispy bowl made of this same cheese and pepper.

We first saw this dish and restaurant featured on Anthony Bordain: No Reservations. Apparently if you ask any Roman where to get the best Cacio e Pepe they will say Roma Sparita! This plus fried artichoke and a glass of red wine... First stop, please.
