Ramen? No thanks!

Hank and I alternate weeks of meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking. This week was my week. I was really craving this famous college dish:

So that's what we had Monday night. You can imagine Hank's level of excitement... Just imagine yours. Needless to say, this creation was not a success! Southern hospitality stepped in on Wednesday night, and my friend Laura had me (and many others) stop by for BBQ to go. I brought home two plates of BBQ and all the fixins' plus dessert! Hank was rather pumped:

The real way to a man's heart? One route is definitely good eats.
