It's located right in the heart of North Campus in the highly attractive Franklin-Rosemary Historic District. It requires complete rehabilitation, it is surrounded by a forest of bamboo, it has a nice sized yard, it is in walking distance to all that I love, and it is perfect. I can't believe no one has bought this highly significant and historic house in Chapel Hill yet... I think it's a sign - it is waiting for me.
