These were my race day alerts:
ANDREA @ 5K in 00:37:14 (NET). Pace: 11:59. Predicted: 2:37:05.
ANDREA @ 10K in 01:13:19 (NET). Pace: 11:47. Predicted: 2:34:40.
ANDREA @ 15K in 01:50:57 (NET). Pace: 11:54. Predicted: 2:36:02.
ANDREA @ Finish in 02:39:38 (NET). Pace: 12:10.
Over 16,000 ladies registered, 13,091 ladies finished the race, and I was finisher number 5,628 (829 in my division).
My goal was 2:30, so I was pretty happy with this! I would have pushed myself a bit harder if I didn't start getting chill bumps (a sign of dehydration), so I was sure to stop by each of the nine water stations. I sometimes had both the water and Powerade available - just to be extra, extra cautious in light of what I experienced before.

This was a truly magical first marathon experience... More to come!
