I just got back from Book Club, and part of our discussion was on letters. In a time when it is so easy and quick to write an e-mail or send a text, we all agreed how special it remains to receive a letter, a simple note or a thank you in the mail. It's personal. It's exciting. Tender, love and care are evident. If you have been thinking about someone lately, send them a little snail mail to let them know.
AH....Letters from Toad.....my class always read this book just before we wrote letters to the ACC Coaches......yes, I taught letter writing, predicting, graphing and so much more to second graders during ACC basketball season! Anywho, letters are always a wonderful thing to get in the mail, and your thank you letter was wonderful! Tell Hank, thanks for his signature, too! Hugs to you!
