The Carolina Inn is always such a delight, especially during the holidays. Their halls are decked out with gingerbread creations, their 12 days of Christmas display and general cheer.
My mom and I enjoyed Christmas brunch at the Inn last year, and this year Hank joined in on the fun too. We checked out the decorations and then indulged in quite the feast.
This year I was introduced to their peppermint cheesecake. Oh my goodness.
We had the best time, and I love this sweet (literally!) tradition during the holidays.
